By 2025, the Robert-Debré du Cerveau de l’Enfant Institute had become a reality—a reality in the field of TNDs in France and internationally, a reality for researchers and caregivers, and, finally, a reality for children and their families.

A Founding Year
Indeed, 2025 marked a turning point in the history of our IHU , as it was the year of our official launch—the year when the projects that had been outlined on paper came to life. On March 19, 2025, our Institute was launched in the presence of government representatives, founding members, the teams that work every day to help children with neurodevelopmental disorders, as well as our private partners and sponsors. This launch marked the Institute’s integration into the child health and education ecosystem, fully aligned with the 2023–2027 national strategy for neurodevelopmental disorders.
A rapidly growing medical and scientific project
It is also the medical-scientific initiative that has taken shape around five major projects, and we are already seeing the results of this interdisciplinary approach that we had hoped for.
This year has also been rich in events and highlights for the teams, including meetings, world premieres, and sporting challenges. Our partnerships and exchanges with our sponsors have grown even stronger. The relationships forged have allowed us to unite pioneering partners whose commitment illustrates the diversity of possible forms of support, and also to welcome new, dedicated sponsors.
Designed to showcase our Institute, its missions, projects, and teams, the annual report serves as a reference document that finally provides a financial summary of this year.
