Last week, the Robert-Debré du Cerveau de l’Enfant Institute Robert-Debré du Cerveau de l’Enfant delighted to welcome Pascal Andrieu, CEO, and Chrystèle Botton, Director of Health Projects, to the official launch meeting of the partnership with the Malakoff Humanis Handicap Corporate Foundation.
This meeting marks a key milestone in the rollout of our Institute's digital platform.
A project that has become essential
Mental health was declared a major national cause in 2025, with renewed efforts in 2026. This decision reflects a worrying reality: nearly one in six children is likely to have a mental health disorder (Enabee, Santé Publique France, 2022), while waiting times for child and adolescent psychiatric services often reach 12 to 18 months.
The recommendations of the High Authority for Health emphasize one key point: intervene early, in close collaboration with families, without waiting for difficulties to become entrenched.
In this context, parents need reliable, scientifically validated tools to understand, identify, and take action.
The LISA4P-Clepsy platform was designed to address this challenge: to structure early detection, support families, and reduce inequalities in access to information and care.
A shared commitment to prevention
The platform allows parents to:
- identify their child's strengths and needs using a scientifically validated questionnaire;
- access reliable resources from clinical research;
- to benefit from structured support prior to specialized care.
By supporting this three-year project, the Malakoff Humanis Handicap Foundation is helping to accelerate the development of an innovative solution that has been scientifically evaluated and complements public action. Its commitment is fully in line with its mission: to improve access to healthcare for people with disabilities and to support projects with a significant social impact.
This kick-off meeting formalized the partnership with the LISA association and their teams, shared the roadmap for the coming months, and laid the foundations for close collaboration in the service of earlier and more equitable prevention in children's mental health.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the Malakoff Humanis Handicap Foundation for its trust and commitment to our cause.
